It was a beautiful morning and I was hoping for a clear night sky so I could photograph the moon again tonight. It was cloudy, I waited awhile for the cloud to pass and it moved so fast that I decided to use a fast shutter speed this time. I only had a few minutes… Continue reading Waiting for the Light
Amid the cold and deep snows of midwinter, the wolf packs howled hungrily outside Indian villages and this was how the name of January full Moon came about. Sometimes it was also referred to as the Old Moon, or the Moon After Yule, source. The name Old Moon made me think of the Buddhist Jataka… Continue reading Full Wolf Moon
The cemetery is covered with a white blanket, RIP.
Everything freezes at night since the weather is only in the teen, but this morning looks promising. My vegetable seems to like the cold weather, photo from my garden this morning.

It's sunny, but extremely cold this morning. I hope the hummingbirds like cold drink.
It is freezing cold outside, and my fingers froze as I'm typing this. My neighbor's house is decorated with Christmas lights and the night sky is decorated with the waxing crescent moon. This one was of Biltmore entrance taken on my last visit.
Our first snow, it lasted for about 2 hours. I think we might be getting some more. Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow! by Kenny G
