Bigger Pictures

I have a new look, I’ve been wanting to post bigger images for a while now, but my old Theme column width was only 500 pixels max, and this new Theme allows me to post up to 560 pixels.  These photos were taken in December 2010 at Epcot, I think they look better bigger.

Six Year Anniversary

I can’t believe it has been 6 years, 42 if counting in dog year. 🙂

It was the Thanksgiving of 2006 when I started blogging, not very thankful at the time since my mom was very ill.  She passed away in January of 2007, and since then I hung her memorial ornament every year on our Christmas tree.

I started blogging to stay focus, to keep me sane.

I started taking picture in 2008 and photography has become my past-time hobby.

I don’t write as much as I used to but I hope that my photos more than make up for it.

And thank you all for stopping by, a special thanks to those that leave comments. 🙂

Note on above photo, I’m testing out the long exposure technique that I recently read from Scott’s blog, to get the above effect I zoomed my lens during the exposure, and this one read at 176mm.  My Christmas tree is not as colorful as the Christmas lights, I will have to try this outside.

Fifth Year Anniversary and Many Thanks

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I have many things to be thankful for, especially this blog for my sanity and my family for being so supportive. I can’t believe it has been 5 years since I started blogging. I never thought that I would have committed myself this long.  Thanks to this blog I have learned new skills, acquired new knowledge and picked up new friends along the way.  November 25 marks my fifth year anniversary, 1295 posts and still going. 🙂
