Lao/Thai Spicy Beef

Sometimes I think my eyes are bigger than my stomach.  It’s nice to be able to get all the herbs and vegetables from my garden to make this dish. This is what I had for dinner this evening, nothing fancy just a basic Lao food. Tomorrow I’m going to the Apple Festival and will try some Southern Food.

The weather is getting cooler in our area.  As for Max, I’m sure it feels better to be inside than outside.

oh yea, talked to my buddy in Hickory over the weekend. He said weather got cooler over the weekend, he didn’t even go out for a round of golf.

    • Hi seeharhed, the meat was cooked with Bo’s camping grill, he was trying to use up the small propane gas. The dish was pretty good and the meat was not too tough.

it looks like the cool weather is here to stay, it’s back to allergy season for many people.

    • Thanks Cambree. 🙂

Max pictures were taken in the morning, so he was going back to sleep. Max is happy because he has a good life. 🙂
