Max is doing a lot better.
I think he likes the attention that he is getting.
It has been raining a lot lately but I’m not complaining since the plants need all the rains that they could get.
April showers, not quiet May yet and we have plenty of flowers.
And I’m not a good predictor, I thought the red peony would bloom by now, perhaps it’s waiting for May.
Bo hid some Easter eggs at my dad’s house for the kids to find.
Some eggs had candies and some had money inside, Lee got $3 and lots of candies.
My niece found a bunch of eggs but only one had money inside, she got 50 cents.
We got some blue eggs from Bo’s mom just in time for Easter.
The flowers at my dad’s house are blooming also.
My mom’s orchid is still very pretty.
I think these are ready to be planted in the garden. The only concern that I have is that we still have some cold nights.
My GI Joe and oldest sister visit us from New York this weekend. Lee bought 2 tattoos from a pizzeria and gave one to my GI Joe sister.
My oldest sister made Pad Thai for lunch, I got my recipe from her.
My GI Joe sister made Tum Mak Houng or Spicy Papaya Salad.
I made a video of her preparing Tum Mak Houng, and I have to say that her technique is slightly different from mine.

As for dinner, my GI Joe sister made Nom Tok or Thai Spicy Beef.
I made a video and will post that when I have time to put it together.

It’s great with sticky rice.
