And for dinner we had Summer rolls. The spicy peanut sauce gave me a terrible heart burn, I have to remember to eat less spicy next time.

It’s easy to prepare the summer rolls, and the mints and parsley were from my dad’s garden. I cooked the thin sliced pork, and wrapped with the rice paper sheets.

After watching the news last night, it’s so sad to see what harm the natural disaster can do, and not to mention what is still in the air. Please do help the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund if you can.

  1. I agree with lady0fdarkness, seeing the delicious food made my mouth watered. Talking of the pepper sauce that went along with the Summer Rolls, have you try it with the Hoisen Peanut Sauce?. By having the same experience as you, I now prefer the Hoisen Peanut Sauce with my Summer Rolls and it is splendidly delicious with it. 🙂

    • Hi Lala, it looks like I would have to lay off on the hot sauce, it’s definitely not worth it. I saw several recipe on line, I have to give it a try, thanks. 🙂
