Halloween Night

We seems to have more and more traveler trick or treaters where their parents would take them from neighborhood to neighborhood to trick or treat.  It’s still very festive in our neighborhood, most gave out candies but not in large quantities like the previous years.  Lee came home with fewer candies than the previous years.

My neighbor’s dog, all dressed up.  He went trick or treat with us but had to be carried after walking for about a block.

Instead of flying like a normal witch, Lee ran from house to house to trick or treat. I hope everyone had a safe Halloween.

We also attended the Kathin ceremony at our local temple today and will post photos and video when I have more time.

  2. Looks like Lee had a blast last night. I’m not into Halloween thing at all, so I just turned off my lights and watch the World Series. My beloved SF Giants is about to bring home the trophy after 50+ years.

    • Seeharhed, I’m glad that Lee is enjoying herself since it’s something that I didn’t get to do when I was little. My dad’s neighborhood is more fun during this time, but it’s hard for us to get there.

      Did you ever go trick or treating as a kid? It’s so much fun for them because they only get to do this once a year.

      You could have just left a bowl of candy on your doorstep. 😉 Next year your house will get egged. Just kidding!

    Lee even has a hint of green on her face… that makes for a cute yet scary witch. And I don’t know which is more scary… Bo the Clown or the neighbor’s dog. Kidding! Your neighborhood makes for great Halloween. Our lack kids… so it was quiet.

    • Hi Cambree, I did the makeup for both Bo and Lee but I think Bo looked scarier than the witch. 🙂

      We’ve many kids in our neighborhood, and not to mention kids from other neighborhoods as well. I think the best place to trick or treat is in my dad’s neighborhood, they have 2 haunted trails set up for kids and it’s a lot of fun there.
