I had a chance to visit Plant Delights Nursery again on the weekend, the last time I visited this place was with my mom and dad, it was May 2006, the Mother’s Day before her passing. The garden sits behind this house, I believed the owner lives here.
I took so many pictures, might attempt to do another video sideshow later on, but here are some of my favorite photos.
Tiny little frog, can you spot it? Here is a bigger image, and from a different angle.
The pond provides suitable habitats for dragonfly, I captured several…via photos that is.
This is the first time I saw a bee that looks very much like a humming bird.
Another strange looking one to me, I think it’s the yellow jacket, but it seems kind of too long to me.
Garden art made out of old gardening tools.
Beautiful flowers,
It’s not what you think, definitely not a MaryJane.
Pomegranate, I hope I will get to see the fruits on my dad’s Pomegranate tree someday.
This is taller than me.
The orange pieces are tags and not flowers.
A nice place to sit and relax.
gosh.. I wish there are places like these close by where I live!!
lady0fdarkness, it’s real nice, only if we’ve a backyard like this. I wish I live closer to this place, almost 3 hours drive.
Yep!! It is indeed a very lovely place to visit, and a visit that can take all day if you’re into photography:))
PaNoy, I really like that place, I wish I had more time to spend there, maybe better planning next time. 🙂
I see Dahlias too. I think one of the dangling flowers is the “Chinese Bell Flower”. They are pretty and interesting looking flowers.
Also never seen tiny frogs before, I wonder if it’s the Tree Frog? I’ve heard they are tiny.
Again, great job with the photos too.
Cambree, thanks. I believed it’s the Tree Frog, it’s very tiny and I updated the post with links to show closer images. The flowers are real pretty, and the owner took good care of this place.
