I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get to camp out at Wat Lao Buddhavong of Washington DC during the week of July 4th. The Wat (temple) is situated on a 50+ acres, so there’re plenty of space for us if we wanted to. My second sister and I had been planning to camp there and I was looking forward to this because my GI Joe sister is a ghost magnet and I was hoping that maybe at nighttime we’d see some good stuff, but I think the thought of camping out in the middle of the cemetery sort of scare her and she back out the last minute; plus talking my other sisters from camping there with us also. I guess it was somewhat nice to stay at the hotel, but I think it would be better staying at the Wat, at least it’s free.
