I used to think that if you have a computer and Internet connection, you can travel anywhere in the world, that’s still hold true to certain extent, but the satisfaction of being there is not the same. I envious those that can just pack their bags and go wherever they want. I’ve gone on vacations all the time but somehow it did not feel like I was traveling, I’m not sure if it’s because it’s not the place that I long to be. My mom wanted to go back to Thailand, she spoke about it until the very end, and it was an empty promised on our part, a trip of a lifetime for her, I hope she is there in spirit right now. Life is too short, if there’s a place that you want to visit, don’t wait until it’s too late, I regret that I never have the chance and opportunity to take my mom back to Thailand.
My next travel destination will be Laos, I left there at such a young age but I still long to go back. Why Laos some might ask? I don’t know if I have an answer, I might have one when I get there. I’m hoping that I might be able to go back soon, but for now, I need to educate myself more about my birthplace, Laos.

Travel guidebook is a great source in getting information, when you travel to certain country, you only get to see it during the season that you visit, but travel guide gives you complete information about the country in all seasons and inform you about special occasions and special events. I love looking at these colorful pictures, one day I will be standing there and taking these pictures myself. I just can’t wait!

Truly outstanding images. A painting in a form of image. Someone actually think, wait then thought…then wait before pushing the camera button.

I love Peter’s photos; my second sister was impressed on how beautiful our homeland, nothing like what she remembered. I think his photos are a work of art, I have to learn his secrete one of this day.
